Jake and Daisey's (J&D) go through a series of quality control measures to ensure that you receive the same consistent nutritional product, time and again from the selection of the ingredients to the handling and transportation of the food.

STEP 1
Purchase only food from reputable suppliers, federally inspected plants, in BC that are fresh and of human grade quality. All ingredients received at the manufacturing plant are inspected.

STEP 2
Delivery of the food to J&D under refrigerated transportation from the supplier to Jake and Daisey's.

STEP 3
Stored for preparation on J&D premises in our refrigerated freezer and kept at ideal temperatures for processing.

STEP 4
Processed and packaged under supervision in a climate controlled environment under 40 degrees F. The facility is sanitized daily.

STEP 5
Post production of the balanced diet J&D food products after packaging and labeling are blast frozen and held for 24 hours, to limit the loss of nutrients during a more prolonged freezing process.

STEP 6
Finished products are then stored in our J&D 'sub-0' inventory storage freezer.

STEP 7
The product is transported frozen to our Distributor in a J&D refrigerated vehicle.

STEP 8
Storage at the Distributor facility awaiting retailer ordering in a 'sub-0' freezer.

STEP 9
Delivery from the Distributor to the retailer is in a refrigerated truck and placed in the retailers', consumer accessed, chest or upright freezers.

STEP 10
All products are backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee!
